Uninterrupted Process Flow
We use cold rolled non oriented silicon steel, superior grade stampings for lower watt loss and minimum iron loss to provide Energy Efficient Electric motors.
Copper used for motor has a higher thermal stability and it has mechanical properties in such a way that it has good wind ability. It also has a higher insulation property.
We use cast iron FG200 which is rigid and suitable for electric motors. We get cast iron parts which is free of blow holes and any other defects.
We do aluminium die-casting process with Al383 grade. It has a good electrical conductivity and formation of flux. Size of the end ring and skew width will be depends on the motor performance.
We use shaft with EN8 as it has good mechanical strength and its magnetic properties. Various hardening process is possible based on the requirement.
We have surface table with required instruments for measuring dimensions. We calibrate the instruments on regular time basis.
Motor Healthy check is conducting through Resistance Testing, Insulation resistance Testing, HV Test, and Surge test.
Routine Testing is being practiced for all 100% motors to ensure the Product reliability.
Type Testing is being done for all our R&D designs which makes us to stick to the energy efficient design. We ensure the Product performance with respect to manufacturing by random sampling
Dedicated 100 Amps Computerized Electric Test panel board for conducting Locked rotor test, Breakdown torque test, Thermal stability test, Critical speed Test etc. We Provides the Test results in graphical format, analytical and statistical format
Assembly & Winding setup: We have an assembly and winding setup to do the process up to 50HP.
Vacuum Pressure Impregnation plant with 200 degree oven: We do this process in order to increase the dielectric strength of the winding coil. It will also increase the mechanical strength of the coil.
